On February 19th, Keda Education invited Beijing 820 Enterprise Management Consulting Company, a training institution specifically designed for the education industry, to provide our company with a customized Keda special training session. The training lasted for two days and one night, creating a great learning opportunity for Keda employees. Through behavioral quality training, creating a learning organization, improving the professional ethics of all employees, and enhancing the competitiveness of Keda brand and interconnected blackboards in various regional markets across the country.
Mr. He Yuliang, the General Manager, gave a brief speech at the beginning of the special training session, attaching great importance to this training and hoping that all Keda employees will work hard to learn, cherish the various trainings provided by the company, strengthen themselves, improve themselves, and strive for the future of the education and decoration industry and the Keda dream.
This training included value concepts and key behaviors, FABE benefit introduction method, spin guided Q&A technique, six style greetings, skill on-site PK+closing, and other activities. All members of the Keda family were fully engaged, and the atmosphere of the venue was very lively, with discussions, collisions of various knowledge, and exchange of various information. During these two days and one night, brilliant sparks burst forth, and everyone benefited greatly.
